Something about changing my DNS servers?
| 6:45 am on Jan 10, 2007 (gmt 0)|
This is quite odd - I cannot log in to YPN, and I am absolutely 100% positive re: my id and password.
Alas the forgot the password page does not help. I know the info that I put in is correct, yet every entry responds with "No matching accounts found".
Any ideas? I know I used to have the phone number for YPN, as they called me several times asking how happy I am, etc. But I've lost it.
The only thing that makes any sense is that I recently changed servers and updated the DNS name server data on WHOIS. Could this be a red flag to YPN, causing them to shut down the account? Why?

Forgot to mention one thing - they are stil serving the ads on my site, so they can't be too upset with me!

Last night, we experienced temporary issues with our systems but you should all be able to log in now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm able to log on as of this morning and all seems OK. I guess the combination of the server change along with the login problems was just bad timing!
