Last month on 9/22, 9/23, 9/24 our earnings went to zero. We contacted a rep who said a fix was going in over the weekend, they were aware of the problem, but then on 9/25 we started recording revenue again, but the 3 days of loss remained at zero.
I called again and spoke to Chris, who said he would look into it and call me back. He never called back, and nothing has changed.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Also, there are no stats showing up for 9/30 (yesterday). This may be a month/month switchover bug?
