They had a pitch where people can submit surveys to people who used your service. They then will take that data and submit the star rating to google through a 'XML FEED'.
Does anyone know anything about this?
I can program the survey and get the answers.
But what feed are they talking about?
Where in google do I submit it too?

For starters I would be very dubious of anyone that uses cold call marketing.
This question would probably be better answered in the forum Facebook Marketing [webmasterworld.com ], personally I think their claim of an 'XML FEED' to Google is them just using techno-buzzwords to try and get sales and has nothing to do with XML Development, nor do I think such a feed to Google actually exists.
