Is there a "best" way to show different ads or affiliate programs for certain specific pages?

For example, I would like to show Adsense on MOST of my pages (around 35), but would like to show affiliate links instead of adsense on about 5 pages.

I see there is a Dynamic Widget plugin out there but I wonder if there might be a better way.

I am using Genesis framework if it matters.

Thanks in advance.

You could try using the Widget Logic plugin.
