| Need Help Understanding Headers and How to Examine Them? headers, HTTP, wordpress, redirects |

One of their suggestions regarding broken links: "This also goes for pages you've given a 301 redirect: If you zoom in on where you're still linking to old pages, you might as well clean it at the source. For instance, the header links in your /archive page all get redirected." I don't understand how to tackle this issue because I don't know where they "see" this issue? How do I look at the header links on a page? HOw do I fix the issue. Thanks in advance. P.S. I probably sound like a total idiot - but honestly - I just don't know this stuff.

msg:4532680 | 11:20 pm on Jan 2, 2013 (gmt 0) | Two options - the visible header across the top of your web page OR the invisible header that you can view in the page source code. If it's the first one - just mouse over the links and see where they're sending the visitor to. If it's the second one - look for calls to resources like style sheets, javascript files, jQuery, etc...
