Chaning TinyMCE editor to look like the real site

So I am fairly new to working with wordpress. I am trying to build a site that i can turn over to someone who has no real experience in editing a site.

I have got the site looking correct, via wordpress, in my browser (for the most part, there is a bug or two). However, i cannot seem to figure out how to change the style of the tinyMCE editor to look like the site. I figure the more closely the two look a like, the less confusion will happen later when someone else is managing it.

I am using a child theme of the default twentyeleven them at this point.

i am sure i am probably missing something simple but i have been staring at it long enough now i am glazing over. Any insight would be awesome.

Thanks
