You are looking for a commercial product. I am not well versed in which ones are out there, their pros and cons, or which feature sets may be available.
As long as you are prepared to pay for the product and will have a dedicated server available, you should be able to find something.
Chat services put a lot of strain on the server and aren't as popular as they once were, so you may need to do some digging.
In any case, we do not have a suitable subforum for this particular need.

There are a number of small IRC chat room servers that offer an AJAX front end. Many allow you to hide the room (+secret). I found one very friendly server that I've used off and on. I don't have the URL handy, which is prolly good as the mods will sweep it away...
There are a lot of java based webpage add-ins that link to chat servers. They have two downfalling:
1) user must install full java.
2) All free/low cost ones enclose the chat window in a multi tile ad display.

There are also open source PHP chats available.
But as DrDoc suggests, you may need a dedicated server - the shared hosting that I now use specifically bans chat programs due to the resource issues.
