Out town hall has a radio station and has asked us to fill an hour slot once a week, which we do. I have been asked if it's possible to [easily and without investing in expensive hardware] broadcast the show via the web site, and or record it and stream on demand from the web site. Any thoughts appreciated.

However, making it available later as an .mp3 file, or streaming it by using an .m3u playlist file, is easy because it involves just putting hyperlinks to the files in your web page.
