Hi

I am not sure whether I have chosen the correct forum or not.

I am finding ways that my application can receive data from Server via PUSH technology rather I opt polling mechanism. I was just wondering whether P2P technology could be implemented over Web ?

please do guide me.

P2P or peer-to-peer might be a vague explanation.

In reality, it is how the entire internet works.
Placing restrictions on visitors simply narrows the network.

If your looking for some kind of verification or notification, than session ID's, cookies and other methods would be required.

Somebody else or even another forum at Webmaster World will need to assist you in this regard.
