Getting off Yahoo's spam list

I run a mail server on a dedicated server and all the mails I send to people with Yahoo accounts end up in the spam folder.

Does anybody know what lists Yahoo checks to determine what sender IP is considered spam ? I checked the regular black lists, but my IP is not on them.

Any ideas ?
