Does anyone know of a way to make the Joomla CMS work similar to the Silver Strip CMS in regards to editing content?
Thanks in advance

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Saffig.
I'm not familiar with the Silver Strip CMS. What's the difference in editing?

Thanks for the welcome,
Well the Silver Strip CMS (www.silverstripe.org) has an amazing user interface and editing system. You can drag and drop images into the editor and edit images online. However, it is a very new CMS and I find that Joomla does more of what I want it to. I don’t want Joomla to work exactly like SS, because it would remove some of Joomla’s flexibility, but the editor of SS allows you to copy and paste text from programs like word without having nasty editing and validation problems. It seems to clean out all the junk. The way the images are added is also great, but not really required.
I have tried using other editors for Joomla, even ones that have a copy from word, excel, etc, buttons, but they never work. SS is the only CMS I have found that does this extremely well.
I just wanted to know if there was any way to make Joomla’s editor work like SS’s editor?

It is using TinyMCE which is an optional (default, I believe) editor for Joomla.
