Hello everybody,

I am having trouble with my website. When I try to open it in IE7 it opens up incorrectly, although it works perfectly alright in Firefox and Opera. I have designed this site using Frontpage.

kindly let me know the problem. Why is it showing incorrectly in IE7 while it is showing perfectly as I want to in Firefox & opera? Although I use firefox mostly but most of my clients are using IE6 & 7, so I wish it should show correctly in IE.

help me

Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com] bigshotjeev

(NB: The mods will prob. remove your link, as posting links to personal sites is not allowed. Instead, isolate the problem and post short, relevant excerpts of the code)

The first step in troubleshooting is to validate your code: [validator.w3.org...]

You're using a mixture of HTML and XHTML syntax with a XHTML doctype. You probably should use a HTML4.01 doctype (not XHTML).

Change the doctype, fix any validation errors, then post the actual problem(s). At the moment you're kinda asking for someone to work on your site for free. Someone else may be happy to do this, but it's generally better (and more useful for other forum users) to ask for help with specific problems. HTH
