We are on the path to making significant changes to the website. The template, the software, forum format, forums, ads, subscriptions, moderation ... all the options are on the table. We feel we can't effectively take on these changes without considerable help and feedback from the community. So this is a good time to stop and take stock of the present, past, and future and let everyone have a chance to comment on what they would like to see, keep, or change.
This week will begin Feedback Days. We are going to be aggressively promoting and invite feedback on a site wide scale.
A - A new forum Feedback Days will be created. B - We will suspend the homepage and community forum with a letter inviting feedback. C - Invitations to participate will pinned to the top of all pages, forums, active list, and index pages. D - Email and Stickymail will be sent to all active members inviting participation. E - In 3-4 days, all active members that don't participate will be asked again/poked to do so. F - Tweets, Facebook, and PRWeb release will point out what is going on.
This will be a free flow of topics and ideas. We will not try to direct the discussions. (seeding the forum by senior members/mods will be helpful).
We don't care if feedback is positive or negative - it is just feedback and we want/need/desire to hear it all. Your input will directly influence the future of this community.
