new user , wants to learn
new user,learining,seo,usability,LBL

i am tahir, my nick is tihami
i am from lahore, pakistan,
working a software house as a seo worker
last days i am worked on
Usability report including
(information architecture,mock ups, site audits,new recommendations, new user's scenario)

initial SEO report for UK (software house) client
on site factors (cononical issue,new mata recomendations,keywords recomendations,broken links report,alt images,URL analysis, analytics,robot.txt,google web master set up etc.)
also include the social media, twitter,blogs,youtube etc.
but my report is rejected from the client
i did not understand why?

i am also working at LBL, i need help in google local listing, any one can guide me

i need lot of learning ,
can you guide me how can i build my expertiese
right now i have work load in 3 dimensional
usability essential guidelines
SEO expertise
and Local listing secrets.
this is a crucial time for me but i hope this forum fully support in build up my expertise.
any one can guide me how can i groom my knowledge ?
