Hi all,

I'm building a web site using pip, javascript, jquery and ajax that will be transferred to the clients hosting service when i'm finished.

Does using ajax require linux or windows hosting or does it matter?

thanks.

php and ajax can be installed on IIS. You'd just have to make sure your hosts have what you need installed.

ok...

My client's site is currently being hosted at web.com.

Is a site using php, javascript, jquery and ajax is better off run from a linux hosting server?

>>javascript, jquery and ajax
All three of these are really just javascript, and javascript has nothing to do with the server set-up.
