Hi Everyone,
I am from China, a new law was introduced so webmasters like me, must fly thousands miles away to Southern China just to take a photo to register my website up.
So I am planning to host all of my website to western servers, I have contacted a few well know server providers, many of them don't support .asp website. Could you please advise reliable web hosting server that support .asp, thanks in advance.

I have heard that moving hosting server to overseas will affect google PR of your website, is that true?
I can't find any reason that google devalue your website due to hosting server shifting? But searching on web today, some webmasters say they have seen PR drop after moving hosting.
Any thoughts appreciated.
