Seagate announced they broke world magnetic recording density record: 421Gbits per square inch.

That's mean a typical home or small business PC would have drives with 2.5TB storage.
I envision servers with raid arrays offering 10TB to 20TB of capacity.
Things getting easier for applications demanding massive storage, like, i.e. search engines.
funny .. i was just saying to a guy here " I wonder when your desktop will come with TB and Not GB" .
