How To Hire Affiliate Manager?
For ClickBank Ebook Product

Hi all, my business partner and I are experienced internet marketers with a handful of reasonably successful digital products sold via ClickBank.

Given the amount of work required to maintain a handful of healthy e-book products, we're thinking about hiring an affiliate manager to help with recruiting and working with affiliates. Also we'd like to have this person develop new content for our affiliate website.

Anyway, if you have any advice on how to go about hiring a competent & intelligent (native english speaking!) affiliate manager, please share. I'd also love to get an idea of what standard affiliate mangers are receiving for compensation (bonus structure? expected salary? etc).

Thanks very much in advance!
