Am contemplating a reseller business with reseller club.... one product is a webbuilder build site for customers to DIY without needing knowledge of code n pro knowledge BUT....

On my enquiry to reseller club, they have answered that the webbuild product CANNOT be backed up.... SO MY QUESTION:

Q:How (if at all posible) can someoone backup their site, if they build and edit it through the webbuilder service.

NB... I would like to have an agrement in my reseller business that does the usual.... "you are responsible to back your data up, etc".... All the sites I have built are dreamweaver and FTP up to host server... I understand db and file backup of these.... BUT HOW do self build sites get backed up?

Any thoughts, experience or ideas would be much appreciated.
Kind regards
