I have used loads of different tools for email camapigns - Groupmail, Atomic, Cnstant Contact, Dynamics CRM etc but I still need more features!
If anyone has ideas of what sw might support these requirements please suggest below. Particularly the reply-to as a merge field

Custom merge fields from import file that can be used in Body. Not just pre-defined fields like Name, Email, Website
Reply-to set from the import file, can be different for each item
Attach documents
Straight forward tracking of items: delivered,received, read, actioned.

Desirable
Merge fields into an attachment
Uses authenticated SMTP/Exchange account to send
Scheduled delivery / delays etc
