Good Morning,
I am trying to develop a general template document I can use across all of my web properties for the "Terms and Conditions of Use" disclaimer page. Even though I don't run any malicious web properties, or deliberately post any harmful content, I want to be "covered" as well as possible.
I would love to hear feedback, suggestions for improvement, etc.
My specific fears are:
- someone using the information posted on one of my sites and harming themselves or others
- minors being harmed by any part of my content (even though my web properties are generally safe for all)
- theft of my content
- being sued for changing/deleting/re-purposing/re-producing any user-generated content from my sites.
Also, feel free to use any part of it for your own projects.
