| Client Trojan?

Upon clicking the submit button the user reports a popup window informed them of a 'Trojan Horse Virus', thats bacically all we know and dont know if the machine had existing problems. Our thoughts are that the user has a security system returning this when using form send data buttons! Anyone else heard of this, should we be worried geoffb

I don't want to worry you, but, asuming they have protected their machine, have you checked it's not malware that's got onto your site?

I shall need to find out two things I think: .How many clients have submitted through this particular form. .And as engine mentioned, contacting the client who raised the issue too to see what protection they have. cheers geoffb
