sell products! Sell actual, tangible goods that can be ordered from your site. Shop around for retailers or wholesalers who do drop-shipping of medical, health and wellness products delivered in your region.

I see some big and papoular health and well being websites that finance with advertising and sponsorships.but i havn`t succeeded to get them as yet.I see they don`t have online shop. it seems they don`t like to have it regarding they have huge traffics
I will think about sell the goods...but I guess it will not simple and I don`t know it influences progress of my site or not.
how about creating one private forum like here to get money from users
for the ones whom like to have better services. do you think it will
work for health and medical forum too ?

how many registered users do you have? how many posts per day? those are more important than some webalizer statistic. if google won't take you, go to the local drug stores where people who visit your website shop and see if they'll advertise since so many users shop there anyways.

I have 45,000 registered users.about 20 posts per day.75% of visits are
from my forum 25% from other parts.10k daily visits 800k page views monthly.
we here don`t have local online stores.I don`t have store too

I believe jeffason meant: clear out a little space on your site for some banner ads.
Then put your shoes on and walk down to your local real - not online - pharmacy and ask them if they'd like to advertise in that spot.
Give them a price that's competitive with a similar advertisement in a newspaper or business directory.
Another thing I see often enough, is an empty banner space that says "you can advertise here!", which links to a page where they can contact you. With so many visitors, some of them may be interested in placing an ad on your site.
My advice is still to sell some real products! Compared with sale of tangible goods, advertising revenue can be instable and unpredictable.
Better: Do both. Diversify your revenue.
