MSN? We have had no problems with them. For us, the worst is AOL and those email accounts that require you to "register" before the sender will accept your reply.

We're in the process now of going through each and every zone file and making modifications where necessary. I have some new people on board who are a bit more savvy in this area and they've found a few things that may help in our delivery procedures, we'll see. You definitely want to have your SPF and SenderID taken care of, those are givens.
