server side ad network?
Looking for an ad network that isn't based on JavaScript

I'm curious if anyone knows of a server-side ad network? Meaning, one that doesn't use JavaScript to show the ads (like Adsense), but instead lets the site owner plug in a PHP include or something similar.

I'm specifically hoping to target people that use an ad blocker. I don't expect any real money from these ads, but if site owners in general can make the ad blockers irrelevant then people are less likely to keep using them.

I can't think of any off the top of my head. The most popular services all use some form of JS to serve the ads.

The problem I see is that in order to get the type of ad serving you want you will need to use a lesser known service. This may well effect your earning potential.

Mack.

I'm just hoping to use it in the never-ending war against ad blockers. I can get a fair reading of when a user has an ad blocker (unless they've disabled JS completely), and for now I'm putting up my own affiliate banners, but I was hoping to find something better.
