I'm looking for a self hosted ticket support system for both my support staff and production staff. Whether we create tickets for a client, clients create tickets as guests while visiting our ticket support system or clients email us and a ticket is self generated, any of that is fine.
The problem is my production staff like a graphic designer sends clients samples of our work. If I hope the ability for any client to contact the production department, things get out of hand quick. Before I know it, they've open hundreds of new tickets. By only being invited into the system, I'm hoping to eliminate that.
I been looking around for software but all of it seems to be pretty standard and there is no way to create departments by invite only.
