Yesterday their Provo DC had a full power loss, backup generators apparently did not kick in and two days later we're still without SQL. Funny part of all of this is that I'm on a dedicated box, yet they can't fix my local SQL issue. The keep talking about groups of servers or clusters that are down, which I assume means shared and VPS accounts. So from what I'm able to glean and by their total inability or avoidance to answer any questions on phone, chat or support ticket, they put customers who buy dedicated packages on shared accounts. Wouldn't that be fraud?
