| Should mobile site be m. subdomain or /mobile subdirectory

msg:4547394 | 11:34 am on Feb 21, 2013 (gmt 0) | Hello, We are developing a mobile site for our client and at the moment the site is going to sit on the m. subdomain but I have seen more and more mobile sites using url.com/mobile and was wondering if there is a benefit for this regarding SEO, analytics or something else. What are your opinions? Many thanks
