Any tips on how to measure the value of a site?

Well, it's all subjective. First off, what are the gross and net profits. Second how much work is required to maintain the site. Third, is the market the site is in stable or liable to change. Fourth, how long has the site been in existence. And lastly, of course, it's worth what someone will pay for it. There must be loads of other variables.
