Browsing a site like that, it's interesting to note the ratio of asking price to net profit. Seems to me like the ratio average is around 2 : 1. A far cry from the 5:1 ratio that is sometimes put forward.
So back to the OP question - look at sites like this for a realistic valuation not heresay.
