Hi,

I have my site totally redone and I am ready to relesae it.
What do I need to think about? I have edited the htaccess file to do a 301 for most pages. I might have forgotten some of them so will that screw up when SE's index the site? Duplicate content issues?

Have anybody done this and if so, what problems did you run into?

i would do a site crawl and check for broken links to external urls, and internal urls that get a 404 or redirect response.
i would also test for typical canonicalization problems, such as www vs non-www, default directory index document, arbitrary query strings, etc.
