| auto-crawlers of Twitter and YouTube ?

I'm wondering specifically what auto-crawler services are searching for on Twitter and YouTube to locate our company site.
They successfully find my company site on Facebook...but not with Twitter and YouTube.
Like for my twitter profile, my username has nothing to do with my company...but my website is listed on my twitter public profile. which is why i'm confused it didn't auto-find it.
YouTube as well, our site is listed in the correct area to specify our website. But not as my username.

are you asking about general search engine spiders or business directory and information aggregator crawlers?

I'm guessing more or less "business directory and information aggregated crawlers"
since those are the ones not detecting our presence on Twitter / Youtube
