Most hosts are suitable in this regard---and most will handle all connectivity, but the actual work will be on your end. Serving content and taking all effort to harden your site via ordinary tools (.htaccess for example) and do not depend on others to get 'er done.

do some searches for "managed hosting" and you should find several options.
note that the Webmaster General forum Charter [webmasterworld.com] prohibits recommendation of specific hosting providers.
