Does it just show kids? or does it show kids innapropriately. I think in the UK there is a police report you can do online, or just ring your local police station and ask them.

it is x picture and i don't think it is realted to local police becuase it my not be operated or even hosted here Even google will just ban it from search but not from the internet in general

You could just look up the ISP details and advise them of it, it will almost certainly be against their terms of service. But if they are abusive images of children that will not get the perpetrator caught. To do that you need to find somehow of reporting it to a suitable department of the police.

Report to your local police, local government, country or parish government, state, and national government. Any of those should know how to escalate the inquiry. I would suggest revealing only the URL/URI and provide NO examples... and make sure your machine is clear, too. Sometimes they come after you instead of the bad guys.
