Tag links in navigation menu

Hi Everyone,

I want to use WordPress tag links in the navigation menu of my blog. Since i have not seen tag links in nav menu on any site ever before therefore i'm a bit confused whether i should use it or not.

Is it okay to use them in the navigation menu or there are some downsides to it?
