A month old site getting 10k a day. Please let us know what kind of traffic is coming in. Digg, twitter ect.

Well the site is 6 months old but It "Officially" opened a month ago, and recently "last thursday" to be exact it started getting 9.5k-10k a day.. Ranked 453,838
Alexa Traffic Rank 151,166 Traffic Rank in US.... We got the shoot up of traffic from being listed in a very big site. Can you let me know what is the appropriate price for ads?

There is no set price. Every niche is different. I would start by running with some ad networks. Once you see what you can earn with them, then charge slightly more to provide savings for your advertisers and more profit for you.

Since your success is so recent, I would suggest starting with adsense and see
a) if the traffic keeps coming at that rate
b) what advertisers in that niche are paying
If your traffic continues to be at the current level, you can create a rate card for different places on your site or try selling your adspace through an adnetwork
