Hi, I am new to this forum.

i wanna know what is the market demand for web developer, designer, graphic designer etc. for example some one gains skills in graphic design using various media like flash etc then what are the chances that he is favoured compared to other domains like php programmer...i am asking this because nowadays every site demands loads of nice looking graphics and the being an artist is something that is natural born quality

Welcome to WebmasterWorld treemonster.

That's a difficult question actually. This is a global forum, and, for example, my take on the local Japanese market might not apply to wherever you are. Also, market demand for those general categories would be pretty hard to give any specifics on. I know that I see the occasional classified ad for those positions in Japan, and I may know of some companies looking to hire, but I don't think that would qualify for a market study.

Perhaps you could refine your question a bit. Why are you looking for this information?
