Possible to copy files from google cache?

I lost some files from my site and was wondering if there is a way to automatically scrape google cache to download the HTML files?
Is it possible?

Waybackmachine.org won't work.
Any other ideas?

This happened to me the other day when, with a rather nasty combination of errors I managed to overwrite the wrong file on the site and then found that the my original had been corrupted.

The only way that I know is to use search to find the page, open it in the browser and then save it. You will have to do a little editing to correct any changes that G made in order to manage their cache.
