A fiend of mine has his own hotography business and he does his own web site and asked me for some help with something.
Currently he posts wedding photos on his site for the bride and groom to view. he would like to add a special section on each page for guests to sign and leave comments. Sort of like a guestbook.
I have setup guestbooks before but only one for the entire site. What is my best course of action for something like this when it will involve numerous GB's on the entire site?
Pleas enot that if this involves a database use please explain specifically as I am completely database illiterate!
Thanks in advance!

It does and it would take a while to explain.
There are countless image gallery programs available that do what you're looking. Some are open source and most paid programs are available for $100 or less.
Search any script archive for 'image galleries' and you'll have plenty of options.

You could always link a 'blogger' blog to the site.
No work and for every photo(album) make one page. People can leave messages for every single 'article'.
