New employer wants full documentation

Hi

I've been developling websites professionally for about 18 months.
I've just started a job developing a local corporate networking site. In my previous roles, I've never been asked to document what I've done but my new employer wants detailed documentation on how everything has been developed, including aims and objectives etc etc.

I only started yesterday and I've got a very good idea what they want so i should probably start on what I want to achieve (in the documentation). Does anyone know of any decent tutorials or examples of what website technical documentation is supposed to look like?

Thanks

Davey
