Trouble Accessing Remote Servers

I had something really weird happen last sunday. I have two remote servers (one for business and the other for my personal site).

As of Sunday, I can't access my business server from my office and I can't access my personal server from home.

At work I'm behind a microsoft router and at home I'm behind an apple router. If I bypass the routers and connect to the internet directly, everything works.

I contacted my internet provider and they say it's not them. My server host says it's not them either. They both said it might be my routers. But, why did this happen to both routers on the same day in two different locations? I don't have much experience in networking.
