Yahoo Launches "Suggestion Board" Facility With Digg-Like Look

Yahoo has launched its "Suggestion Board" with Digg-like interface.

I wonder how long that interface will remain as it is.

Deja vu - Whew - Tastes like Chicken!

aka: sure does look like the diggo.

Amen... holy spam.

I just wasted 5 minutes of my life...

Spam-friendly, indeed...and I can't really see why it should be any different to the dozens of sites that are around already using similar concepts. It's yahoo, though, and projects like that work well on some sites and not on others - given the traffic of yahoo, they might get the numbers to make self-regulation work.

Who cares if its digg-like? Digg is for news, this is for suggestions.

Once they can get rid of that spam, it is quite smart - let your users submit what they want, and others agree (or not).

So what if it uses the same mechanisms as Digg?

don't be too quick to discount - they still have the fading delicious to squeeze some data out of. This "suggestion" board, might be a good spot for it.
