An associate of mine asked for some help with her website. When I FTP'd in, I noticed she has both /Index.html and /index.html (Apache server). All the internal links go to /Index, but I'm having a difficult time figuring out which version G has - it just shows the domain/ . Any advice on how to sort that out?

Hi Stefan,

if Google has "domain/" indexed you can be sure it's the "index.html". "index.html" is one of Apache's default index files. "Index.html" is not. You have to link to it or change the server config to make it (one of) the default index file(s).
