| Outlook Forms: Multiple users and one mailbox

I recently inherited an application built using Outlook Forms. Without getting into all the specifics, the application includes several Outlook Forms and one "admin" account/mailbox created in Active Directory. Although the account is restricted, it can be accessed by multiple users in order to send/recieve email and work with the forms related to the application, which IMHO is was not a good idea, but that's beside the point. What kind of issues could exist when multiple users can access a single mailbox? If one user is logged in and views an email with a form, will it be flagged as "unread" for users who are logged in at the same time? Thanks in advance for any help.
