| Keep YouTube Users Away From Your Channel

I'm in the process of building a niche site that will offer well over 200 short video clips (2-5 minutes)...perhaps more. I can be very crafty. I have not yet set up a new channel with YT. Actually it would be a new account; very early stages of planning. What I do not want is visitors staying on my vids within YouTube, but rather the actual site whose name is easy to remember and well positioned on each video with a nice looking lower thirds. I'm aware of site links that can be placed below the video. Any other tricks that can be used that I'm not familiar with? There are valid reasons for this that I cannot share.

If so, make sure the links to your site are the very first thing in the description, that way it will show up in snippets. Also, make sure to upload a transcript of your videos. In the transcript include your URL.
