I've been thinking hard about this lately but I've never worked in a corporate office so I don't know what's going on. I am aware many companies are blocking certain sites so people don't waste too much time, but they'll find another way to screw off. It's human nature..hehe
Anyway, is anyone finding other video sites being blocked. How about Vimeo? Reason I ask is my traffic is always heavy during the US workday hours, particularly between 1 and 4 PM.
To get around this are employees watching video on smart phones? Can that be blocked? Any company or smart inventor working on a gizmo that blocks all video at work? I look at it like a perimeter fence. Inside you can't view anything..go off the property or outside the building... no problem.
I'm not sure how you would legally or otherwise block individual cellphone content. You can of course ban cellphone use, or create "dead zones" in buildings, but blocking either specific content or types of content such as videos seems to be impossible.
