Are they trying to find the best algorithm so people won't skip ads? They invent a system with 100% ad exposure where people are interested in the ads and won't skip them.

Seopti, I truly doubt that YouTube or any other company could develop an algo that would prevent 100% of the ads from being skipped.
I am never interested in any ad shown me when I'm trying to view a video. If I can't skip the ad, I turn off the sound, work on something else and then come back to the video after the ad ends, even if I have to back up the video a bit.
