Im not sure if this related to the forum
but from about a year if not more im looking for a Video Merger/Combiner

I Want to Download a Anime from YouTube (Cant find them anywhere besides YT ..not on torrents etc) But they are Split in at last two pieces due to their size greater than 10 mins etc

i got YouTube Downloader that Downloads them in MP4 With a good quality
dos anyone here know how may i Edit the videos to merge them together ?

I Have tried the VLC Command Prompt thing but it dosnt work ...
i would like some tool alike Window Media Player
where you can add each video in a box and then merge them into one

Sorry for my bad english

There are dozens of free applications that will allow you to combine mp4's. Do a search for "combine mp4 on a pc" in your favorite search engine.

Try "Windows Movie Maker"

You can load in the files then add them to the timeline as you want then save.

killer..

from what I have read if you install something with the proper codecs then WMM should recognize the files.

According to this doc it does support mpeg-4 you just need the correct codecs.
