There are dozens of free applications that will allow you to combine mp4's. Do a search for "combine mp4 on a pc" in your favorite search engine.

Try "Windows Movie Maker"
You can load in the files then add them to the timeline as you want then save.

MP4 or FLV Formats are not working in WMM
is there any addon i can add to it to allow the mp4 format?

killer..
from what I have read if you install something with the proper codecs then WMM should recognize the files.
According to this doc it does support mpeg-4 you just need the correct codecs.
