I would think that you would have to make the insertion of your website name a criteria for entering your contest. You will not be able to add anything to their videos after posting, so you will need to require them to add it upon submission to your contest.

Thats a good criteria idea, thanks! Also anybody know of any scripts i can use for a voting system? Does youtube have anything? What is a good amount of $ for grand prize to create a buzz online and to make people actually want to participate in a contest ? Is $300-400 enough? How much $ would it take to motivate you to join a contest?

Sorry to have to mention this... but you should note that there are both Federal and state laws about contests that might affect you. I don't know what the jurisdiction would be for a contest on the web, particularly one that involves both you and YouTube.
