Now you can hear your comments read aloud to you and decide if they are worthy... Not sure how much this will affect the signal-to-noise ratio in the comments section, but it is interesting. To find the the new preview, click on "Post a Text Comment" and the "Audio Preview" button is the first one on the left.

The audio preview is horrible. Not enough delay between words. My comments are well thought out, but they sound moronic when I use Audio Preview. BTW, I'm not sure if this was just a coincidence, but a week or so ago the popular web-comic "xkcd" published a strip about writing a virus to force people to listen to their comments on YT before posting in hopes of weeding out the "moronic" comments. :)

I noticed this yesterday. I'm not sure what value this adds. People add comments on forums and blogs all the time without the need to test if they are worthy posts. //I wish I could audio preview this post to see if it's worthy :)

Perhaps hearing your computer boomerang the nasty words back in your face might give you an idea of how they might sound to other people, thus giving you a moment of reconsideration and second thought. It's anger management. I don't know, really; I am not worthy.
